1. Service Area

We ship to addresses within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states). At this time, we do not ship internationally.

2. Processing Time

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. Processing may be longer during peak seasons or promotions.

3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

4. Carriers & Tracking

We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact the carrier first and then email BCQYGZHm@ncps.cc with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist on a case-by-case basis.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some items may be restricted to ground shipping due to carrier or regulatory rules (e.g., pressurized or flammable items).
