Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery. A valid order number is required.

2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
  • For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care items may be ineligible unless defective on arrival.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and free gifts are non-returnable.

3. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

4. Return Process

  1. Email BCQYGZHm@ncps.cc with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and an RMA if applicable.
  3. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Fees & Shipping

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping may be deducted from your refund for non-defective returns.

6. Exchanges

For faster service, place a new order and return the original item according to this policy.

7. Refund Timing

Refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days after we process your return, depending on your bank.
